Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering some services via telehealth to patients in their homes. This is to reduce your exposure as well as our staff’s exposure during this time. Telehealth is the use of electronic information and technology to support long-distance health care.

Welcome to our family of community health centers

SIX COMMUNITIES. ONE COMMITMENT TO CARE.

Bighorn Valley Health Center, oneHealth, Central Montana and Sweet Medical Center are now one. We've combined forces to better serve you and your neighbors throughout central and eastern Montana.

Joining forces incorporates the strengths of each organization, which benefits patients, clients, staff and the communities throughout central and eastern Montana. All locations will have the same convenient locations, continue to offer all existing programs and services and, with each other’s help, will offer more options to individualize your care.

Together, we strive to make your healthcare more affordable, more integrated, and easier to access closest to where you live and work. We are building healthy families one person at a time.

COVID-19 clinic procedures

Due to the Coronavirus-COVID-19 and to protect our vulnerable populations, please NOTE that for your protection we will be implementing new procedures for triaging patients who present with COVID-19 like symptoms.

Some questions you will be asked when calling to make an appointment:

  1. Have you or someone close to you recently traveled out of state?

  2. Do you have a cough? Shortness of breath? Fever or flu-like symptoms?

  3. Have you been in close contact with, or do you live with someone who has these symptoms?

  4. Have they (or you) been in contact with anyone who has been confined due to the COVID-19 virus in the last two weeks?

  5. Have you come in contact with anyone who has traveled to an area where there are known coronavirus out breaks?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, we ask that you please call before coming to the clinic. When you show up for your appointment, please wait in your car and call the clinic number. They will get your information, (make/model/color of the car you are in and where you are parked) come to meet you and begin the process of getting you inside the building.

This is for your safety and the safety of our community. We thank you for your understanding during this time.

For more information please go to cdc.gov or call your local public health department.

Due to the recent events related to coronavirus and specifically COVID-19, please let the pharmacy staff know if you are coughing and/or have a fever.

We will work with you to decrease exposure to other patients and customers. To decrease your time spent in the pharmacy waiting for medications...

  1. Please use the RxLocal app on any smart phone.

  2. Use the link on our website.

  3. If you have your prescription number, you can call us at 406-867-4141, choose option 1 and enter the number using a touch tone phone. You can also check the status of your prescription(s) through the app or call, choosing option 4, if you know the prescription number.

Coming Soon: The pharmacy is working diligently on alternative delivery methods.

Please stay tuned.
